Serama chickens, also known as Malaysian Seramas, are the smallest chicken around. They are relatively new in the United States, with the first importation occurring in 2001. These are much smaller than your typical "bantam" chicken.

Seramas are classified by weights: Class A: Up to 350 g (12.35 oz) 

                                                        Class B: 350- 500 g (17.64 oz)

                                       Class C: above 500 g
